Designing special tools
We specialize in designing single operation and progressive dies for sheet metal forming with manual or automatic feed. We also design other types of tools for plastics processing, such as injection molds, blow molds, calibration units and extrusion heads. Additionally, we design complete technological stations equipped with programmable automation.
Mechanical machining services
For our clients, we also provide parts manufacturing services on CNC machines, using methods such as turning, milling, grinding, EDM and WEDM (drilling and cutting on wire EDM machines). We regenerate guillotine knives and press brake tools. We have the capability to grind components up to 2000 mm in length and 500 mm in width in a single set-up.
Tool manufacturing
We not only design, we bring our visions to life. We refine and develop tools. Furthermore, we also manufacture tools based on documentation provided by our customers.
Production
We design, manufacture and PRODUCE components on eccentric presses, hydraulic presses and injection moulding machines. The versatility of our machinery allows us to produce initial prototype batches for our clients.
Tool servicing
Not only do we design tools, we also service them. We introduce product changes and often regenerate them using reverse engineering.
Measurement services
The last area that we are able to provide for our customers is element measurement and reverse engineering of tools and parts.
